Results are based either on action or non action but ones re-action to their results can only be reflected back to the choices made to do nothing or to move forward on the goals one has for their business. Now this is certainly not rocket science that we are talking about here. And while it is such a simple and known fact one must be in correct action to get correct results it seems to be a huge gap in behavior to get expected results.
What are some of the reasons that an individual may not be getting the results they want?

The number of people searching for other sources of income in addition to their full time job has increased dramatically over the last few years. Many who have searched for a second job have not received a favorable response from the job market either. Hence the reason more and more people are now making an income from home.
If you have tried to get a job recently you probably have noticed that it is not as easy as it was years ago when you were hired at your first job. Women account for over 75% of the direct sales force in the US. Most of us didn’t start out with direct sales as our career goal. We didn’t graduate with that end in mind. But somehow or another we did discover direct sales and we love it!I enjoyed coming up with this list of top reasons metromoms love direct sales. It helped remind me of what’s motivating me as an entrepreneur/mother of three. Take a look at these reasons and see where you fit in.
• MONEY
Let’s face it, with the recent trends in the economy—especially at the gas pump—many of us need something to provide financial breathing room. Direct sales gives us the ability to meet and establish our own financial goals—whether that’s a few hundred dollars a month or a more substantial income.

When does the hobby turn into a business? There are many good amateur artisans out there. They are as good if not sometimes better than people who have chosen to make a living from their field.
The difference between an amateur and a professional is that an amateur does not get paid for their work where a professional does. This has changed slightly in recent years, while amateurs are people who are happy to create pieces to give as gifts or even to sell to help recoup some of their costs a professional must sell their pieces so that they can cover their expenses as well as make a profit.
The good part in respects to most crafts is that to go from hobby to professional does not need to be a difficult process. Many artisans are lucky in the respect that they can go from fun into mastering their art and advancing to a level of a serious amateur with the final step of putting their experience and knowledge into earning decent money.

Our server had some hardware issues this morning and it was down for quite a while. The issue is being worked on but the site is up and should be working fine from here on. They have replaced the damaged hardware and will now be checking to see that all files are unaffected.
Thanks for your patience.
